Another month has come and gone…almost (pushing this one out early as we’re heading to NZ for a family holiday, yay!). Google pushed out a few more updates, one being a broad core search algorithm update. Also, their PageRank patent got updated with some new and interesting stuff (simplified version here, a more detailed version here). So all in all, pretty turbulent month.

As for Pyxis, it was not a great month. While rankings were pretty stable with a few gains, earnings were pretty bad due to Easter + ANZAC day in Australia. May should be much better. I also did a URL restructure to allow for more flexible future growth of the project, and with the correct 301s in place, rankings didn’t suffer.
Continued building more links, trying to be super consistent.
On-Page SEO done:
